Outlook view of Baguio City and surrounding mountain pine forests from Tiptop Vacation Homes, Pacdal, Baguio City.

The outlook views from Tiptop are superb, the air noticeably clearer and cooler than only 3 kilometres away than in the heart of the city at Session Road.

Natural beauty is a hard act to follow, but we are doing our best to upgrade and beautify our exterior and interiors to encourage our guests to linger longer and look forward to returning, rather than just see our accommodation as somewhere to sleep.

The mid-level and lower-level terraces are still concrete floored in this picture, since it was taken we have finished the tiling to the same standard as the Car Park level terrace and will update our web site pictures soon

All of our units have covered terraces now, with plenty of outdoor seating and barbecue facilities available. Sitting outside and watching the sun go down is a real pleasure after a hectic day's sightseeing

Four rocking horses, a slide and various riding toys make our play area very popular with our younger guests. A wooden swing and a hammock (not in the picture) add to our child friendly atmosphere

Our outdoor terrace is still bare concrete, plans are afoot to pave this and the car parks duing 2008

Later we will extend this terrace to the side and rear to provide more space for the play area as well as more tables and chairs

Longer term, we hope to add a covered, all-weather playground at a lower level at the back of the property and turn the outdoor terrace into an atrium with the addition of a glass roof.
