Ideal setting for a Corporate retreat, conference or team building
Our wood panelled conference centre/meeting room has picture windows on 2 sides to take maximum advantage of our superb mountain views. It can seat 70 persons and has 40" LED flat screen for multimedia presentations, 2 comfort rooms (toilet/showers) and a food preparation area. Can also be configured for use as a party room.
Our 8 apartments include studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units configured to comfortably sleep an overall total of 67 persons or more. All accommodation is fully furnished and all but the studio apartment have full kitchens with all necessary cooking utensils/cutlery/crockery.

A Range Of Accommodation To Fit Your Budget
Built on a hillside site, Tiptop Vacation Homes has apartments of various sizes and configurations to suit your requirements, with adequate private parking available even at peak periods.
At the ground floor (carpark level) our largest apartment (90 sq m with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, sleeps 12) has a stone fireplace, wifi broadband internet connection and shares a covered outdoor terrace with our Studio apartment (queen size bed, sleeps 2).
The mid level covered terrace, down one flight of stairs, has a 1 bedroom apartment with ensuite bathroom and kitchen/dining (sleeps 3), 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (sleeps 7) and a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (sleeps 12).
Down a further flight of stairs, the lower terrace level has a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (sleeps 7) and two other apartments each of which is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment that sleeps 12. The covered terrace at this level has a walk out to the outdoor terrace with children's play area and coffee area with umbrella table and chairs.
At each level you can enjoy superb views overlooking Baguio City and the surrounding pine forests and mountains from the all weather covered terraces that have wooden outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. |
